Refund Policy

At Perssia, we value every customer and work hard to provide reliable service and quality products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Perssia accepts returns or refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Size or color preference changes

  • Normal shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor packaging damage when the product is fully functional


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may qualify for a full refund or a replacement.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photo or video evidence

  • Images showing the defect or damage

  • Images of the received item and packaging (if applicable)

If only the packaging is damaged but the product is unharmed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, Perssia will provide a full refund or send a replacement shipment.

Please include:

  • Photos or videos of the received item

  • Original packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Description of the issue


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing or shipment begins.

Some items — including print‑on‑demand or preorder products — cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds or replacements are available only for orders placed within the last 30 days.

Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible.


Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Note: This is our administrative home office. We do not operate a physical showroom at this location.

All returns must be authorized via email before being sent to our designated fulfillment center.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
