Welcome to Perssia. We value every customer and work hard to provide high-quality products, fast shipping, and reliable service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Perssia, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and supplier policies, Perssia only accepts returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Size/color preference changes

  • Normal shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor packaging damage where the product itself is fully functional

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you may be eligible for a:

  • Full refund, or

  • Replacement item

Requirements:

  • Requests must be submitted within 22 days of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

  • Evidence must clearly show:

    • The defect or damage

    • How the product is not functioning properly

    • The received item and packaging if applicable

If only the external packaging is damaged but the product works properly and is unharmed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, Perssia will provide a:

  • Full refund, or

  • Replacement shipment

To qualify:

Please contact us within the applicable timeframe and provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the received item

  • Original packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Description of the issue (wrong item, wrong color, missing product, etc.)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing or shipment begins.

Please note:

  • Some products, including Print-on-Demand or preorder items, cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds or replacements are only available for orders placed within the last 22 days.

Any order older than 22 days from the payment date is automatically ineligible for refunds or replacements.

Refund Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
